About The Provider
His goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, state-of-the-art pediatric neurology care that will help his patients to overcome or minimize the negative impact neurological illnesses may create in their lives, while maintaining a "team approach", in which parents are educated regarding the challenges these illnesses can produce in the family. Dr. Pena firmly believes in treating each patient the same as if they were his own child or grandchild.
His interest in neuroscience started at an early age after reading some of his uncle's books dealing with brain functioning and he was encouraged by the example that his uncle set for him.

Highly suggest Dr. Pena and his staff. He always ensures the parents mental health as wealth as he will answer any questions, and always says to give him a call if you have any questions. Very personable and he gives you quality of time.

NP Parker was pushy and abrasive with presenting information and seems to have no compassion for the patient. Her presentation of information and recommendations made the patient feel belittled, misunderstood, and unsatisfied with their care.
