Joy Lockhart, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Grambling State University and her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

With experience in urgent care, primary care and emergency medicine, Joy has cared for patients in both rural clinics and hospital emergency departments. Her background also includes several years as an ICU nurse, caring for critically ill patients. She is passionate about patient education, chronic disease management, and helping patients improve their overall health and well-being.
