He is a very good Dr, and I explained to him about an issue I had with something prior to surgery back when he did it. The surgery itself went great but I was no happy with some things that happened prior to it, and he showed great concern and said he would look into it, but I told that it was OK because it has been a while ago since then. But I do very much appreciate him listening to me and expressing concern. That means a lot to me.

Dr. Murphy is very straightforward when discussing diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes. He patiently answered all questions and explained all interventions and recovery expectations using terminology that a non-medical person like me could understand.
