Ronald Hammett, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease and complex respiratory conditions.  

He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at Northeast Louisiana University. Dr. Hammett completed his internal medicine residency and advanced pulmonary medicine training at the University of Alabama Medical Center.  

Dr. Hammett is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. He provides care for a wide range of respiratory conditions and has extensive experience in pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy and advanced respiratory therapies.
